Support patient treatment by training physicians to utilize equipment in a safe manner. Educate users on all aspects of the company’s products from scientific rationale to manufacturing design. Train the local staff on setup, takedown, and disinfection of the Sonasource system. Use basic troubleshooting and technical knowledge to diagnose any issues and complete system testing if necessary.
Educate and instruct physicians and other staff members on proper use of high intensity ultrasound(HIFU) equipment.
Educate and instruct physicians and other staff members on ultrasound identification of anatomy and vital structure recognition.
Conduct online simulator trainings.
Encourage proper HIFU equipment operation by providing equipment operation demonstrations; instructing other healthcare staff in the setup, takedown, and disinfection of equipment.
Provide onsite support for physician during case.
Provide online support for physician during case with Sonalink.
Develop training material for physician training program.
Execute the physician training program.
Conduct ongoing reviews and discussions with physicians about their HIFU practice and approach.
Evaluate HIFU equipment performance by studying machine-patient interaction by conferring with equipment users and collaborating with equipment manufacturers.
Use basic troubleshooting knowledge to diagnose any equipment failures.
Complete basic service tests to return and install a probe after it was repaired.
Perform system installations for new and existing accounts.
Maintain individual HIFU equipment supplies inventory.
Document servicing and complaint handling activities in accordance with company procedures and external regulatory requirements.

Certification or degree as a radiology tech or ultrasonographer, required.
General understanding of FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO 13485, Good Clinical Practices, Good Documentation Practices, Healthcare compliance and applicable regulations and industry standards regarding regulation of medical devices, preferred
5 years of experience in ultrasound or 3 years in male urogenital ultrasound experience, required.
Experience in basic troubleshooting, minor repairs, and system level testing, preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, required.
Basic Windows and Microsoft Office knowledge and skills, required.
Excellent ultrasound anatomy recognition skills especially of the male pelvic area (urology),preferred
Ability to travel, required.
Ability to lift up to 50pounds, required.
